Villa Marie is newly developed and ideal for large families, groups or those who just like space. Sit on one of the sun balconies and enjoy the beautiful views towards Balchik Bay. Swim in the pool, wander around the nearly half an acre of space, or just laze on one of the sun loungers on the large sun terrace. As the backdrop of trees sway in the sea breeze, you will soon find tension melt away, to be replaced by a sense of ease. And when you are rested, the villa is ideally located to access Balchik and all its seaside facilities and the other attractions of this prime coastal holiday area.

The 7 bedrooms can accommodate to 14, although the villa is also perfect for just a couple who enjoy extra space and privacy. There are no less than 2 brand new modern kitchens, one on ground floor (with laundry facilities) and one “Summer kitchen” in lower area – ideal for combing enjoyment of the outdoors with meals.

But if cooking's not in your plans, there are excellent local restaurants near by. Quality food and drink at low prices. The low cost of living is a major attraction of Bulgaria. Your holiday money will go far further than expected. And not at the cost of quality or good service, which are usually of a high standard.

The villa has full air conditioning and cable TV with English and other language programmes. Lounge down by the new swimming pool (with separate children's area), with its sun gazebo and sip cocktails. Or take a dip at night, with the underwater pool and terrace lighting on and crickets chirping in surrounding luxuriant vegetation. Or laze in the bubbling hot Jacuzzi. And may be, light up the barbeque.

The villa comes with a designated manager who will bring you from and to Varna Airport. (If you require help with bridging accommodation to match villa's Friday changeover day, please contact us, we should be able to help). During your stay, she can advise you regarding local services and attractions, some of which you'd never find otherwise. Beaches and promenade can be walked to. If it's too hot and you've bought at the local markets, then why not hire a cheap taxi back home.

The villa is in the historic town and seaside resort of Balchik, which is situated terrace-like on a small bay on the Black Sea. Balchik has sandy beaches, modern promenade, market and many restaurants, some of which are set on platforms over the lapping warm waters. A perfect place for a romantic evening meal. Balchik is also a fishing port and has moorings for yachts. It's also near the popular holiday destinations of Albena and Golden Sands. A lot of EU money has been spent recently on upgraded roads and other facilities in and around the town and it's not surprising the town is proving such a magnet for visitors.
