And as for finding a plot of this size bang in the middle of an established villa zone, then building a big villa on it, no way on earth will 249,000 stretch to cover costs. Not by a long way! The plot alone is likely to be worth at least 150,000 Euros.

Liquidity is returning to Banking systems; interest rates are way down. It won’t be long before this increase in purchasing power feeds through into UK and other foreign property buyer markets, and thence to Bulgarian property.
